Installation and Training

We offer comprehensive installation and training services tailored to meet the individual needs of each customer.

We generally begin with a pre-installation survey to assess your current manufacturing and business practices, systems and hardware, and lab equipment. We also determine any special needs or software interfaces. Results are shared in report form with conference review to establish clear expectations for in-scope verses out-of-scope items, and ensure delivery of the appropriate applications, services, and hardware during your installation. 

Our project manager will develop a detailed plan for all phases of the implementation from start to finish.   Installations are generally conducted onsite using a methodical phased approach to minimize risk and downtime. Timing of events can be organized in shifts, after hours, or even weekends to reduce disruption of key business processes during normal hours of operation.
