General software maintenance (release of new versions, updates, patches, and lens data)
Registration to periodic user group conferences
24/7 web access to the Customer Support Center and Knowledgebase.
24/7 email access to BMC Footprints CRM software to submit and track support issues/tickets
Software Maintenance is included in our standard support service and provides the customer with periodic software updates. Generally updates are released a few times each year and contain a variety of new features, functionality, and issue resolutions.
Updates are typically managed and installed by the end user in coordination with our LMS Support Services. Update documentation is posted in the Support Center Knowledgebase with detailed information about new features, functional enhancements, or process changes.
